Accessories
Accessories ship via Canada Post flat rate — $25 CAD to Canada and the United States. Orders are packed and shipped from our Vancouver shop within 3–5 business days of payment.
Carts
Carts are custom-built to order and ship via DHL at the buyer’s expense. Shipping cost is calculated and confirmed when your order is finalized. We pack every cart ourselves to make sure it arrives the way it left the shop.
If you’re in Vancouver and want to pick up in person, that’s always an option. Just let us know.
International
We ship outside North America. Carts and accessories have gone to Norway, Europe, and beyond. International orders ship via DHL. Get in touch and we’ll work out the details.
Returns
All sales are final on custom and made-to-order items. If something arrives damaged or defective, get in touch and we’ll make it right.
